What is our proposed solution? The proposed solution to this frustration is to inculcate and cultivate the principle of the obligation to learn.

This principle, effectively implemented, disarms the oppressor and the exploiter; and consequently becomes the effective as well as the efficient means of destroying the system of oppression and exploitation. This obligation applies individually, collectively and universally. This marks not just a quantitative shift, but also, and most important of all, a qualitative shaft.

Universality means not just consensus but unanimity. We may speak about low quality training; even low quality teaching, but low quality learning is an oxymoron.
